About the Group Classes

Prangana Lazy Workouts is an author’s program and provides a gateway into the world of health, happiness, mental and physical balance, helping people of different age to become more physically and mentally active, and engaging them in a range of inspirational activities, such as guided and active meditations and light physical movements.

Since there are more than 250 exercises, each class is different. You will not get bored with the same exercises, and will receive a home task to do between the sessions, that will help you to maintain the results you have achieved during our workout.

WHERE: Gymea Community Aid and Information Service
WHEN: Commencing on 9th September, the sessions will continue every Monday through to 28th October 2019
TIME: Mondays at 12:15pm to 1:15pm
COST: Pay for 7 weeks up front and pay $70 concession, $90 non-concession. Singe session rates are available at $12 for concession, $15 non-concession.

Monies are payable on the day of the session/s. EFTPOS is preferred.
