This friendly and supportive group is for women from different cultural backgrounds living in Sutherland Shire and St George areas. Women of all ages are welcome.

• To learn how to reduce stress with simple relaxation techniques
• To learn how to care for ourselves
• To relax and learn from others
• To be creative and explore
