Great new film celebrates 15 inspirational older residents and tells their secrets for staying Young@Heart.

Hear from a centenarian, a philanthropist, Citizen of the Year, Miss National Australia, an Elder, a Doctor, volunteers, grandparents, and community members.

This International Day of Older People we want to spread the message What’s ‘old’ is no longer ‘old’. And what’s ‘older’ can still be ‘Young@Heart’. Age is just a number, and it’s what you what you do and how you live your life that matters! Check out the film now at:

Join us for a Trip to Tobruk

An entertaining day trip to Tobruk and experience an outback show without the need for extensive travel. Tobruk is located in Maroota NSW.
Your day will include:

  • An entertaining outback show
  • Travel
  • Morning Tea
  • 2 course BBQ Lunch

WHEN: 30th October 2018
WHERE: Bus pick up and drop off from Gymea Community Aid and Information Service, 39 Gymea Bay Rd Gymea
TIME: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost: $65 for over 65; $85 for under 65.

Reserve and pay for your place by 16th October. Payments are accepted at our front desk, through the group leaders or by phone. EFTPOS is available.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
